Privacy note
What switchYards keeps, and why. Creating an account means you agree to this note and to the Terms.
Account data
Sign-in runs through Clerk. Clerk holds your email, name, and sign-in method, and we read them to show who you are and which projects you can open.
Prompts and executions
We store the prompts, schemas, and versions you write. For each execution we store its inputs, the rendered messages, the model output, status, token counts, and latency, so you can read them back in the dashboard.
Vault keys
Provider keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored. The dashboard only ever shows the last four characters as a hint. Keys never appear in telemetry; an execution records which credential it used, not the key.
Cookies
Sign-in uses Clerk's session cookies. Beyond those, we set two cookies, and only when you open the demo:
sy_demomarks the browser as in the demo so the server serves the read-only demo project.sy_demo_uicarries the same flag where the page can read it, so the dashboard renders in demo mode.
Both expire after 24 hours and are cleared when you sign in. The demo also keeps the same flag in session storage for the open tab. None of this tracks you or is shared, so there is no cookie banner.
